Kids’ Mile Races

  • The Kids’ Mile races are what make this DPF’s signature event!
  • All kids’ races take place in the heart of the park, and are the heart of this event.
  • Kids’ events include: 1-mile races for 2nd-Middle school, 0.5-mile races for K-1st grades, 500M pre-k run, and 25M toddler trot.

5K Relay

Teams of 3 run 1 mile each along the Shoal Creek Trail on an out-and-back course through Pease Park and Live Oak Meadows. All ages and levels are invited to participate in this event.

7th Annual Memorial Mile

  • ​All participants and their families are invited to stay for the 7th Annual Memorial Mile
  • that concludes the morning festivities.
  • Registration benefits the David Phillips Foundation.
